This week the Rangers will be replacing the gate into Stone's Orchard from The Green.
Due to the heavy machinery involved we ask that residents wanting to access the Orchard please use the other entrances and keep themselves and their dogs safe around the area.
There will be no entrance to the Orchard via The Green whilst the Rangers are undertaking the works. The access may also be cordoned off for safety reasons overnight.
For the latest updates check our Twitter and Facebook page, @CroxleyGreenPC / @CroxleyRangers. This page will also be updated accordingly.
Our Rangers have now installed the first 2 dog bag dispensers in Croxley Green. They are located at Baldwins Lane Recreaction Ground and at the start of Footpath 13. The next 2 will be installed along Footpath 11 and close to Stone's Orchard.
You can view the footpath locations @ https://croxleygreen-pc.gov.uk/index.php/environment/places-spaces/footpaths-walks.
It is our hope that these will help to eradicate dog mess from our village streets even further.
The dispensers are moveable so if we find that the current locations are not particuarly well used they can always be moved somewhere else. It is the Council's intention to install more of these throughout Croxley Green so if you think that a specific location would benefit please get in touch and let us know!
If you find that the dispensers are empty when walking your dogs please get in touch and we will refil them.
Have look at how to use them @ https://twitter.com/CroxleyRangers/status/1012343117775859714.
Don't forget that you can always pick up packs of dog bags for a charitable donation from our office.
