There are 2 vacancies available. Vacancies will be filled via co-option. Co-option refers to the process of filling casual vacancies on the council by appointing individuals rather than holding a formal election. When a seat becomes vacant due to resignation, retirement, or other reasons, the Parish Council has the option to co-opt a new member to fill the vacancy until the next scheduled local election. Candidates will be expected to present their applications to the current councillors for consideration at the CGPC meeting on September 26, starting at 8pm at the Parish Council offices. Councillors will then vote for candidates to fill the 2 vacancies.
Application forms can be downloaded below. Please contact Parish Clerk, Ryan Bennett, with any questions you have about the role or application process on 01923 710250, clerk@croxleygreen-pc.gov.uk, or by popping into the Parish Council office on Community Way.
Deadline for applications 19th September 2024
